Civil Application (CAF) No.1828/2022 Present application is filed by the appellant for grant of permission to deposit the decreetal amount. Vide order dated 1.7.2022 four weeks time was granted to deposit the decreetal amount of compensation. There is some delay. However, now the cheque is ready and the same will be deposited within two weeks. In view thereof, permission is granted to deposit the cheque within two weeks.
