ATED : 27th January, 2021 After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant for quite some time, when this Court expressed disinclination to entertain the Bail Application, he sought permission to withdraw the instant matter with liberty to file fresh application before the Court below if the trial does not conclude against the applicant within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order, as it is reported that the trial Court has already examined as many as five witnesses. Permission granted. Criminal Application (BA) No. 1287/2020 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty as prayed for.
