He has tendered on record copy of notice issued to appellant/original defendant no.1 and respondent no.2/original defendant no.2 intimating them about filing of this civil application and for circulation of same today, which is duly acknowledged.

It appears that amount of Rs.70 lakhs is ordered by this Court to be deposited by the applicant before trial Court within eight weeks from

For the reasons mentioned in para 3 of the civil application, I find that a case for grant of further extension is made out, however, upto 18/11/2015. Accordingly, time for depositing amount of Rs.70 lakhs before trial Court is extended till 18/11/2015.

Stand over to 18/11/2015 for further consideration.

Copy of this order be given to learned Counsel for the applicant.
