As the registration of the first appeal was refused for not removing the office objections, without issuing notice to the non-applicant no.3, for the reasons stated in the application, the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) on 22 nd July, 2014 refusing the registration is set aside and the first appeal is restored. However, this
