By this petition, the petitioners have impugned the order of the State Government, dated 05/10/2013 permitting the respondent No.3 to upgrade the respondent No.4-School from secondary school to higher secondary school.

Shri A. M. Deshpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, states on instructions received from the Deputy Director of Education vide communication, dated 29/04/2015 that the respondent No.3 has not upgraded the respondent No.4-School in the Academic Session 2014-15. It is stated that since the school has not been upgraded till date despite the order, dated 05/10/2013, the cause for filing the petition would not survive.

By accepting the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
