By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 36 days for filing an appeal under Section 19 of the Family Court Act. The reasons given by the applicant is that a certified copy of the judgment was not received immediately and caused some delay in getting the certified copy of documents and preparing memo of appeal. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent vehemently opposed the application, the reasons stated in the application according to him are not correct. 3.

Considering the delay of 36 days and reasons putforth in the application, the same is condoned.

The civil application is disposed of.

Family Court Appeal (Stamp) No. 13601 of 2023 Office is directed to register the appeal. Thereafter, issue notice to the respondent.
