Original claimant i.e. respondent no.1 has taken out this application for withdrawal of compensation amount which has been deposited by the appellant. The applicant has stated reasons in para no.5 of the application about his acute need of financial assistance. The applicant's land is acquired and till date, he has not received any amount.

Considering the above aspects, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50 % of the deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking and balance 50% on his furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court within four weeks from today. The Civil Application stands disposed of.
