DATED : 11-10-2021 The applicant is seeking temporary bail for period of two months on the ground that his mother is admitted at Alexis Hospital and is critically ill. While the applicant does have a brother, who presumably, is taking care of the mother, the applicant is yearning to be with his critically ill mother, in what he believes is, the twilight of her life.

Humanitarian considerations impel that the applicant gets some time to spend with his critically ill mother. Considering the medical record which is made available for my perusal, I am inclined to grant temporary bail for a period of 7 days to enable the applicant to spend time with his ailing mother.

The applicant shall furnish PR bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) and shall also deposit amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) as cash security with the jurisdictional Court.

The applicant shall surrender to custody on or before the expiry of 7th day from the release from custody.

The applicant shall report at Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur every day between 11.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and shall obtain, in a diary separately maintained, acknowledgment of attendance.

The application is partly allowed in the aforestated terms.
