DATE : JULY 31, 2017.

This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of appeal. The appeal came to be dismissed for default for nonpayment of deficit court fee. Learned counsel for appellant submits that due to financial difficulty of the appellant, he could not furnish the deficit court fee. Now he will furnish the same within two weeks.

Hence, subject to condition of appellant furnishing the deficit court fee and removing office objection, within two weeks, the delay is condoned and the appeal be restored to its original file.

Both the applications are allowed subject to above condition and disposed of.
