Civil Application st. no.4138/2020) to restore the restoration application (i.e. Misc. Civil Application st. no. 16755/2019) for restoration of the First Appeal which was dismissed for non-removal of office objection.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that all the office objections would be removed within a period of 7 days.
