DATE : 07/09/2022 The present application is filed by the respondent for grant of permission to withdraw the amount. It is submitted that in view of application No.3030/2016 this Court vide order dated 30/11/2016 allowed to withdraw Rs.4,00,000/- to the respondent No.1. On 03/09/2015 the total amount deposited is around Rs.14,33,973/-.

Considering the reason stated in the application, it would be appropriate to allow respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each, which would suffice their today's need of money. Accordingly the application is partly allowed.

The respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each on furnishing undertaking to the effect that in case the appellant succeeds in the appeal they will refund the amount as per final order, which would be passed in first appeal. 4.

The application is disposed of.

The Registry is directed to disburse the amount after furnishing bank details and undertaking as aforestated, in their account.
