The present application is filed by the appellants for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent no. 2.

The respondent no. 2 has deposited the amount of Rs. 42,22,826/- in this Court. As the matter is disposed of, there is no impediment for allowing the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 42,22,826/- along with accrued interest. Registry is directed to disburse the amount in the account of the appellants on furnishing bank details by the appellants.
