Heard Mr. Mirza, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr Sunil Manohar, learned senior counsel with Mr.A.A.Kathane, Advocate for respondent nos. 2 and 3 and Mr.Thakare, learned Addl. Government Pleader for respondent nos.4 to 6. Perused the Application. We have also gone through the police papers including the spot panchnama. It appears that now the offences have already been registered and investigation has also been almost completed and, therefore, we do not think that there is any more need for this Court to pass any further orders or directions on this Application. The Civil Application is therefore disposed of as having served its purpose.
