This is an application seeking to condone the delay of 35 days occasioned in the matter of filing application for restoration of the Second Appeal Stamp No.4831 of 2019, which came to rejected by the Registrar (Judicial) by an order dated 02.05.2019, in default since the office objections are not removed.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the knowledge about the dismissal of the matter in default, was acquired belatedly, as a result of which there is a delay of 35 days.

Considering the reasons above, the delay is
