The petitioner has challenged the ad-interim order passed by the Hon'ble Minister granting stay till further hearing.
In my view, it would not be appropriate for this Court to interfere in the matter at this stage. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the Hon'ble Minister for getting the interim order vacated. JUDGE Ansari
