The application is for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State, it reveals that the applicant has forwarded some obscene videos to another witness. The Investigating Officer has seized the mobile phones and which are forwarded to the analysis. The analysis report is yet to be received. After considering the same, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after receipt of the analysis report.
