Petitioner provided employment on compassionate ground was removed in year 1999 on the ground that a married daughter cannot be treated as dependent and, therefore, cannot be extended benefit of scheme of compassionate employment. She worked only for 3 months and removal was not challenged.

Due to subsequent changes in law and judgments of this Court enabling married daughters also to claim employment, now the demand is being revived. Added to it, unfortunately, is the fact that in the meanwhile, said daughter has became widow.

The material on record does not explain latches and are insufficient for us to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction. Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
