This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the first appeal.
Learned counsel for respondent-claimant submits that he has no objection if the application for condonation of delay is allowed as connected First Appeal No.613/2012 is pending and is fixed for final hearing on 03.08.2017. In view thereof, this application for condonation of delay is allowed with no order as to costs. The appeal be registered.

As R & p is already received and private paper-book is filed in the counter appeal bearing No.613/2012, filing of private paper-book is dispensed with in this appeal. This will be heard along with First Appeal No.6313/2012.
Learned counsel for respondent No.6 submits that he has not received the copy of appeal memo, hence he is unable to proceed the hearing of the appeal. Shri Kukday, learned counsel for appellant submits that he will supply copy of appeal memo to learned counsel for respondent No.6 by tomorrow.
Considering that no liability as such is fixed by the Tribunal on respondent No.6, it is not necessary to adjourn the matter for long. Both these appeals be kept for final hearing on 03.08.2017.
