Date : 14 th October, 2015 The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 and 5 has invited my attention to the applications dated 15-9-2015 and 7-10-2015 filed by the petitioner for grant of adjournment before the State Government on the ground that this petition is pending and unless and until the petition is finally decided, the appeal could not be proceeded with.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is not prepared to argue the matter before the State Government, the interim order passed by this Court is vacated. The Minister concerned to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

Consequently, the petition is dismissed.
