This is an application for seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation. Application is filed by respondent no.4, who is one of the claimant.

It is submitted that appeal has already been dismissed by this court on 31/03/2012. Moreover, respondent nos.3 and 6 are already permitted to withdraw the amount of their share with interest accrued thereon.

In view thereof, this application is allowed. The present respondent no.4 is also permitted to withdraw the amount of his share in the compensation, along with interest accrued thereon. Application is accordingly disposed of.
