The appellants seek stay of execution of the decree passed in favour of the respondent by which possession of the suit property has been directed to be handed over to them. The appellants are in possession of the suit property and by order dated 13-1-2017 while admitting the appeal, their possession was protected.

In view of aforesaid during pendency of the appeal, the execution of the impugned decree shall remain stayed subject to the appellants not creating any third party right or alienating the suit property.
