Since the issue involved in this writ petition is also involved in Writ Petition No.4258/2016 and since this court has disposed of the writ petition without granting relief to the petitioner therein, by the order dated 27.7.2016, it would be necessary to dispose of this writ petition also. Hence, for the reasons recorded in the order, dated 27.7.2016 in Writ Petition No.4258/2016, this writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is, however, free to apply to the University for permission to open additional classes for Bachelor of Arts course from the academic session 2017-2018. Order accordingly. No costs.
