DATED : AUGUST 16, 2016 Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the first information report and the reply of the prosecution. It is seen from the case diary that the injury sustained by the complainant and his friends Ajay and Pravin were simple in nature. There is no allegation against this applicant that he used sword or any dangerous weapon for participating in the assault. The allegation made against this applicant is that by means of stick and kick blows, he injured Pravin. Considering such nature of case and also the background to the incident, I am of the view that this application deserves to be allowed in as much as the custodial interrogation would not be necessary. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 25/7/2015 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
