Heard.

There is a serious dispute about valuation of the land as well as valuation of the trees.

I have gone through the impugned award and also the grounds of appeal. I am of the view that this application can be partly allowed by imposing certain conditions. Therefore, application is allowed partly and the claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this court against furnishing usual undertaking.

The rest of the amount be invested in the fixed deposit account as per rules.

Application is disposed of.
