The only prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction to the Education Officer to grant approval to the promotion of the petitioner no.1 to the post of Headmaster. It is stated that though the proposal is sent to the Education Officer on 30.03.2015, it is not yet decided.

We dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent-Education Officer to consider and decide the proposal of the petitioner no.1 as early as possible and positively within a period of two months.

Order accordingly. No costs.
