This is an application filed by the respondent no.1-claimant for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.6,48,236/-. Considering the facts of the case, it is directed that the amount deposited by the appellant along with interest on it, if any, be given to respondent no.1-claimant on submitting undertaking stating therein that in case at the time of hearing it is found that respondent no.1-claimant is not entitled for the said amount withdrawn by him, he will re-deposit it with interest as may be directed by this Court, within two months from the date of the order. It is noticed that similar order is passed in concern with the same notification in FA St. No.17725/2016.

The civil application stands disposed of with no order as to costs. JUDGE Gulande
