This is an application filed by respondent nos.1 to 4-claimants for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,10,040/-. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed and respondent nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon subject to furnishing solvent surety/security and remaining amount on furnishing an usual undertaking with the Registrar (Judicial).

It is noticed that similar order is passed in concern with the same notification in First Appeal No.1179/2016.
