By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition on the ground that while releasing the applicant on bail, this Court has imposed the condition that "the applicant shall attend the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Gondia on every Saturday between 12 a.m. and 2 p.m." The said condition was imposed by this Court to secure the presence of the applicant and for investigation purpose.

Learned APP submitted that the investigation is still in progress. Considering the same, at this stage, no case is made out of relaxation of the condition, the application deserves to be rejected.

Accordingly, the application is rejected.
