The present appeal be tagged along with F.A. St.No.17715/2016. CAF No.1889/2018 This application is filed by the claimant for withdrawal of amount of Rs.4,78,468/- deposited by the appellant.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The claimant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.4,78,468/- on his furnishing an usual undertaking to the Satisfaction of the Registrar (J.) of this Court within a period of two weeks from today.
