The applicants seek recall of the order dated 4/12/2020 by which bailable warrant was issued to secure their presence. In addition, prayer for cancellation of the bailable warrant has also been made.

Considering the fact that reply has now been filed on record, the order dated 4/12/2020 to the extent it directs issuance of bailable warrant against respondent Nos. 2 and 3 is recalled.
