Shri Khati, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that since it appears that the petitioner was promoted on the basis of his caste claim and since the matters in regard to the protection of the promotion of the employees are pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the writ petition may not be heard at this stage. It is stated that the petition could be heard as per its turn and the petitioner would not press Civil Application No.1589 of 2015.

In view of the aforesaid statement, Civil Application No.1589 of 2015 stands disposed of as not pressed. The writ petition may be placed for hearing as per its turn.
