CIVIL APPLN. (O) NO.1480 OF 2015 No ground has been made out by the applicant for condoning the delay of 261 days in filing the review application. Only in para 5 of the application, it is stated that the applicant could not get certified copies of the record C.A. No.1346, 1347/1996 as the record was not available with the High Court. It is stated that therefore, no delay in filing the review application. Neither is the applicant present in the Court today, nor is it explained in the application as to when the petitioner applied for the certified copies of the record and when the petitioner received it.

Since the delay is not satisfactorily explained, we dismiss the application for condonation of delay in filing the review application.
