13/01/ By this application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicant/wife has sought transfer of Petition No. A-707/2020 filed by the respondent under Section 13 (1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from the Family Court No.2 at Pune to Family Court at Nagpur.

Notice of the application was served on the non-applicant. Learned Counsel for the applicant and non-applicant state that during pendency of this application, both parties have amicably settled the dispute amongst themselves and that they have signed the consent terms. Joint pursis has been filed to that effect and consent terms are placed on record. 3.

The applicant and the non-applicant are present before the Court. They confirm that the consent terms are duly signed by them. They further

2 64 mca 415-2020 endorse that the terms are agreeable to them. The terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Learned Counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the non-applicant under instructions from the respective parties state that the consent terms will also be filed in Petition No. A707/2020 pending before the Family Court No.2 at Pune along with application under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. In the event, such application is filed, learned Family Judge to endeavor to dispose of the said application within two weeks from the date of filing of the application.

Application stands disposed of in view of the settlement of the main dispute.

Parties to appear before the Family Court No.2, Pune on 25/01/2022 at 11.00 a.m.
