In the judgment and decree passed by learned Trial Court as well as learned Appellate Court, I do not see any reasons to interfere in the order. There is concurrent finding in respect of ownership of the appellant and it was concurrently held that he failed to establish his ownership of the land, where bore-well is situated as well as any oral agreement with defendant for fetching water from bore-well. As such no substantial question of law involved. In view of this facts, appeal stands dismissed.
