DATE : 10th OCTOBER, 2022 The petitioner namely Satram Motiram Parwani and the respondent No.1 Mahesh Chetanprakash Dudheja through his LRs Smt. Deepa Mahesh Dudheja and Pawan Mahesh dudheja had arrived at a compromise regarding the decree passed in RCA No.317/2013 (page 101).

The compromise has been filed under the pursis Stamp No.3/2022, dated 06/10/2022 and marked as Exh.X. The correctness of the settlement have been verified by the Registrar (Judicial) as is indicated from his report dated 07/10/2022, considering which the petition is disposed of in terms of settlement dt. 04/10/22 (Exh.X).
