The application is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5. However considering the reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. After condoning the delay and setting aside abatement, the legal heirs of respondent No.1 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within period of one week from today.
