He submits that liberty be granted to the present applicant to file a Revision before the Revisional Court to question the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pulgaon, on 5th June, 2015 in Criminal Complaint Case No. 51 of 2015, by which the process is issued. Prayer is accepted.

The present Application is disposed of as

withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file the Revision before the Revisional Court to assail the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pulgaon, on 5th June, 2015.
