(2) The Industrial Court shall decide the complaint within a period of six months from the date of first appearance of the parties before it.

(3) The parties to appear before the Industrial Court on 7 th September, 2015 .

(4) The parties are at liberty to file the amended pleadings and lead evidence, if they so desire.

The learned counsel for the respondents makes a statement
