This is an application for condonation of delay of 91 days in filing the accompanying appeal. A copy of the application was served on the learned A.P.P., who has appeared and opposed the condonation of delay. 2.

A perusal of the application shows that the applicant has been behind bars and for the said reason, there was lack of communication between him and his relatives due to which there has been delay in approaching this Court by way of appeal.

As sufficient cause is made out in this application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned.

The application is disposed of.
