By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal against the acquittal.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the respondent.

Learned Counsel for the respondent strongly objected for the same on the ground that there is no justifiable and satisfactory reason for condonation of delay. Whereas, the contention of the applicant is that the judgment was passed on 29.03.2023, the applicant applied for the certified copies and thereafter, there was a marriage in the house therefore, he could not approach to his

(2) 943.appa.895.2023 Counsel. In view of that, the delay of 30 days is caused in preferring an appeal.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is supported by the medical certificate and as well as the wedding card which shows that there is a satisfactory and reasonable cause for the condonation of delay. In view of that, the application is allowed.

Delay caused is hereby condoned.

Appeal be registered.

The application is disposed of.
