We dispose of the petition by directing respondent No. 2 to decide the claim for issuance of validity certificate which is acknowledged by respondent No. 2 on 29.8.2022, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before respondent No. 2 on 8.8.2024.
