Perused the application. As the prayer made in the application is not contested by the non-applicant, the following correction be made in the fourth line of the second appeal of order dated 4th of July, 2017. Instead of figure 1000 sq. ft, the same be corrected to 500 sq. ft. Necessary corrections be carried out in the original judgment. Civil application is disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION (S) NO.708 OF 2017.

By this application, it is prayed that the interim order which was granted on 25-4-2017 be continued for a period of eight weeks to enable the applicant to raise further challenge to the order dated 4-7-2017.

Considering the earlier interim order dated 25-4-2017, the decree for possession shall not be executed for a period of eight weeks.
