The appellant has filed this application to deposit the compensation amount of Rs.8,00,000/-. The learned Counsel for the appellant has stated that there is one day delay in depositing the demand draft towards compensation. However, the Registry is not accepting the same.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Registry to accept the demand draft of Rs.8,00,000/- towards compensation.

The learned Counsel for the respondents has filed the death certificate of respondent No.1, which is marked as Article -A for identification.

The learned Counsel for the respondents has requested to distribute the amount between respondent Nos.2 and 3.

As the death certificate of respondent No.1 is on record, the Registry is directed to distribute the amount between respondent Nos.2 and 3, who are the legal heirs of respondent No.1, as per the apportionment and the share of the respondent No.1 be distributed equally amongst respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
