Though request for extension of time is being strongly opposed by learned counsel Shri S.N. Bhattad for the respondents and he insists payment of at least 50% of the amount demanded as a condition precedent, in view of medical certificates placed on record, we extend time by two weeks, as last chance. If the reply is not submitted within this period, it will be open to the respondent to proceed to recover the amount and to take all necessary steps therefor. The civil application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
