The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 568/2020 registered with Police Station Hingna, Nagpur for offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 326 of Indian Penal Code.

Noticing, that concerning the same incident there are cross-reports and Crime 569/2020 is registered against the rival group, and further noting the submission of the learned counsel Mr. Prakash Jaiswal that the applicant himself suffered injuries, this Court granted interim pre-arrest protection.

It is not the case of the prosecution that the conditions imposed while granting interim pre-arrest protection are not complied with.

I have perused the case diary. A case is made out
