I have heard Mr. Bhangde, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sunil Manohar, learned Senior Counsel for respondent No.3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed:

(i) In terms of the letter dated 12.08.2024, annexed to the petition at Page 194, the City Survey Officer shall carry out the measurement of the land in question within a Prity

2 / 2 902.wp4305.2024 period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

(ii) Till such measurement is done, the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the suit property.

(iii) The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
