In view of categorical finding in the order dated 28.11.2016 in Writ Petition No. 6229 of 2016 that the petitioner has no right to insist for his transfer in Nagpur district after Respondent No. 6 has backed out from the joint request proposal, no cognizance of the grievance being made can be taken in present writ petition.

With liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application in Writ Petition No. 6229 of 2016, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs.
