This Court granted bail vide order dated 17.08.2020 and one of the conditions imposed is to attend the concerned police station, which is the Crime Branch, Akola on every first Thursday of the month between 12:00 noon and 02:00 p.m.

The applicant is regularly attending the said police station since released on bail, is the submission. 3.

Relaxation is sought on the ground that there is no useful purpose which is likely to be served by forcing the applicant to come to Akola only to attend the police station since the charge-sheet and the supplementary charge-sheet are filed and some co-accused who are released on bail by this Court are not suffering from similar conditions.

The learned APP Mrs. Kalyani Deshpande fairly states that the prosecution has no objection if the condition is relaxed.
