This application is filed by applicant for permission to serve respondent no.3 by hamdast/speed post A.D contending that notice issued by the Court is unserved and no report of service of notice is received. Record reveals that notice to respondent no.3 was directed to be issued through Superintendent of Police, Washim. However, no report is received. In that view of the matter, Registry to verify and send reminder to Superintendent of Police, Washim for report of service of notice to respondent no.3. In addition to that, applicant is allowed to serve respondent no.3 by speed post A.D. and to place on record affidavit of service.
