This is an application seeking direction to the appellants by the respondents that they should withdraw the appeal in view of the Government Resolutions dated 03/11/2016 and 13/08/2018.

The appeal is filed by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation Limited and it is admitted by this Court and is pending for final hearing.

The question whether the Government Resolutions dated 03/11/2016 and 13/08/2018 are applicable or not will have to be decided by the Court at the time of final hearing of this appeal. Therefore, in my view, the present application is misconceived and as such, the application is disposed of.
